Absolutely. I’d make it sound personal and credible rather than overly polished—the specifics about seeing the ultrasound live and getting the report the same day are what make the recommendation convincing.
I recently booked an appointment with Bradie at Physio Motive for an ultrasound on my knee. I wasn’t quite sure what to expect, but from the moment I arrived I knew I was in very good hands.
Bradie started with a thorough assessment of my injury before carrying out the ultrasound. What I particularly liked was being able to see the ultrasound images on a screen right in front of me. Bradie talked me through exactly what he was seeing as he went along, explaining everything in plain English. It was easy to understand and really useful being able to actually see what was going on inside my knee.
Afterwards, we discussed the findings and what they meant for my rehabilitation, giving me a much clearer plan for moving forward. I then received a full report by email that same afternoon, which was excellent.
I was referred to Bradie by my physio at DB Sports Therapy, and the whole process worked brilliantly. I was able to get an appointment the very next day, which has made a huge difference in getting the right rehab plan in place quickly rather than spending weeks wondering what the problem might be.

He went to the insurer, put the question to them directly, and then sent me the transcript so I could read the answer myself. That is worth more to a small business than a confident guess.
He has also explained the things I did not know to ask about, including why continuity of cover matters at renewal and what happens if it ever lapses. Clear, patient and no jargon.
If you are a small business owner trying to get your insurance right rather than just cheap, I would recommend speaking to Lee.
