Penny's presentation on Customer Reviews was really engaging and informative. Penny really gives her all for her presentations...including dressing up as a Nun! The information she provided I will certainly take away and look at implementing in my own business. It was extremely informative regarding how leaving a review is important to a business, which being in hospitality I could relate to, as we rely on word of mouth. Penny made it fun to listen to by dressing in character and by doing this it was funny whilst grabbing everyone's attention. A very good ambassador for Best of Sudbury
