My last review of David’s Cafe rated his bacon sarnie the second best ever, since then David took up the challenge to produce the no.1 and today when we revisited he was ready for me, he’d prepared himself and had sage and onion Paxo at the ready, retired into the Kitchen and after much steaming and hissing (from the equipment, not from him) produced the BEST BACON SARNIE! Well Done David!<br>PS. I am a Caff expert, after a lifetime of searching for the perfect bacon sarnie, I’ve finally found the place.
