I cannot speak highly of Physio Motive and Ryan. I came to him 5 weeks out from my marathon in which I was attempting to qualify for the world majors. A knee injury had stopped me completely, but with regular appointments, Ryan gave me rehab and gait analysis pointers to get me back on track. In the end, I ran the time needed to qualify over the 26.2 mile distance. I honestly cannot express how grateful I am to the team and Ryan.

Bradie has been great in supporting my recovery after suffering injury. Invaluable advice and recommendations. Naturally I wasn't sure to take on his advice. However after some discipline and continuation the exercises and stretches have allowed me to return to running. Its been a long journey but worthwhile. Sometimes you shouldn't just rush. His professionalism and sound knowledge shows in every sessions.
