Highly recommended
I strongly recommend the services of Lucy Spencer at Atkins Dellow. Her professionalism, attention to detail and positive attitude saw me through a difficult house purchase and against all the odds I moved in on time.

customer service & access to ways forward
Simple easy communication with only required solicitor speak, really pleasant office front line staff and amazing offer of support by a seemingly dedicated team.
Although my purchase failed so do not have the experience of the headache of conclusion with this company my feeling is of trust which is the most valued in my experience.

Purchase of property on Bennetts Homes Hunstanton Development
I am grateful for the excellent job that Tricia Chapman and her team have completed for me with the purchase of a Bennetts Homes in Hunstanton. We have been kept informed throughout the process and assisted with understanding the various stages of the purchase and ensured that any questions we had were dealt with professionally with the developer leading to completion on the pre agreed date. Thank you.

Fast, friendly and efficient!
Wife and I set up Wills with Nicola and Maia's help recently. They were both very quick and efficient to respond to our (many!) questions, always approachable and helped us get the process completed quickly whilst we were amongst the chaos of welcoming a new baby into the family!

House sale
I can not recommend Tricia and the team enough. Good, clear advice and timely responses to our communications. When the time came to complete on our house sale itself, this was done quickly and efficiently. When we do decide to purchase a property again then we will be returning to Tricia and the team to assist.

Outstanding support from a really professional team
I have just used Atkins Dellow to handle all the legal issues on a recent home sale. From the start, the team of Nino Piccoli and Ottilia Jeffs were reassuringly professional. Not only were they very thorough and efficient but they also took on the role of liaising with multiple third parties to ensure everything ran seamlessly. I have worked with many different firms of solicitors and few - very few - can match the quality of this team. I have no hesitation in recommending them. Genuinely excellent.
