Stopped off for a coffee and snack on the way home and were tempted to stay for a steak meal. Glad we did, two of the best steaks we have had in a long time, onion rings ordered as a side, huge, crispy tempura batter and perfectly cooked.
Surroundings very pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable staff. prices reasonable for mid to high pub chain range. There appeared to be some local regulars making return visits, always a good sign. Will certainly return if anywhere near in future.

Visited for the first time in many years and found it to be excellent. We had a lovely meal, freshly cook . Staff are polite and very helpful. Would definitely go back and highly recommend ☺

Visited twice recently…very welcoming and nicely laid out and furnished. Excellent sandwiches, panini and coffee. Couldn’t have been better! Limited choice as David away for a no doubt well-earned break, but all nicely prepared and presented. Will be back soon…

Stopped off on way home from holiday,glad we did. Staff friendly, attentive.. Clean tidy surroundings and the best steak we have had in a long time. Strongly recommend the onion rings. We will be back if travelling this way again. Wish it was closer to our home town👍👍
