I attended a networking event and lunch today at the Crown. I came with a list of allergies and intolerances and Lucy along with her team were more than happy to accommodate me and my dietary needs. As someone who avoids eating out due to this it was a breathe of fresh air to be able to eat out and enjoy lovely food, drinks and company in a beautiful setting. What a wonderful place. We moved to the area a year and a bit ago and have been here reasonably regularly since. The atmosphere is wonderful - Peaceful, quiet and relaxing. The food is lovely too. Probably my favorite place in Suffolk!

Bradie helped me to recover from a fractured leg and a sprain with a series of exercises aimed to get me running again. I am pleased to say I am back to running pain free. Bradie explains everything carefully and is very kind and patient. I would highly recommend him.

I’m not one for usually eating out, menus too samey for me. In here I would happily eat anything and everything on the menu. Busy chefs, daily specials board, delicious food, friendly staff and they allow dogs too. What’s not to like.

I’ve been seeing Bradie at Physio Motive to help resolve my clicky knees, shoulder and neck pain. He’s professional, very friendly and really knows his stuff; you could not meet a kinder person to help you with any physio issues. I’m on the path to fixing my issues and i’d highly recommend him.
