AtkinsDellow acted for us in selling our property and the purchase of a new-build bungalow. From the start Ingrid Alexander impressed us with her guidance and support and gradually we were introduced to other members of the team, namely Sarah Bowling and Katelyn Butcher who were equally professional and helpful. Maia Creed is also acting for us in drawing up new Wills and once again she has shown the support and forbearance that has been truly appreciated.
Inspite of having to withdraw from an original purchase, Ingrid and her team still managed to maintain our original ‘pencilled in’ Completion date on our revised purchase and that was done in one day less than four weeks! Estate Agents involved were highly impressed with the speed of both sale and purchase and Landex, the builder of the new property, were also impressed.
