House move
Our house move was quite complicated, what with myself, my ex partner, his mum and my mum all involved in the process, as well as our buyer etc. For a multitude of reasons to do with the sale (never our solicitor!) it was a long process, but Tricia was remarkably patient and kind, keeping us all up dated and keeping things ticking along. She is extremely efficient, reliable and great to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone who is going through a house move. You could not have a better partner in this often complex process. We all had complete faith in her throughout and are very grateful for all her help.

Atkins Dellow (AD) were recommended to us by our selling agent, Rob Swinney of Lacy, Scott & Knight. We were concerned that there might be delays in conveyancing caused by the imminent closure of the Stamp Duty Holiday following the the Covid19 pandemic.
