We employed the solicitors Atkins & Dellow recommended by the Developer Bennett Homes from whom we bought a new bungalow at Lakenheath. We had good experience dealing with this Solicitors. In particular with Emily Istad who was assigned to deal with our conveyance matters. My wife and myself met Emily on two occasions at the Bury St Edmunds office to sign the paperwork and search report queries and concerns and legal advice and Emily provided advice and dealt with the Developer Solicitors on all our concerns in timely manner to the Final Completion on 24th September 2025.

We got there!
Atkins and Dellow were always belpful and polite. The new receptionist at Halesworth was lovely. Dealing with two different people was a little difficult on occassion and some information was requested from us multiple times. Emma and Emily were efficient and always responded to my calls in a timely manner. We would like a paper copy of the new title deeds that register us as the legal owners of our new home. We appreciated the card that was sent after our successful move and the fact there was always someone at the end of the phone during some stressful moments.

Professional and, most importantly, accessible. Very professional, yet friendly experience
My husband and I reached out to AtkinsDelow for drawing our wills and they were absolutely amazing since the beginning of the process until the very end. Being a dual-national, they took extra time in explaining the implications and extra diligence that might be required to deal with any potential inheritance outside the UK. More than anything, we really appreciated how friendly and warm their approach was, it was the first time we ever had to think about several consequences surrounding what would be done when one of us passes, and their approach made it a little bit easier to think of those scenarios.
