Excellent service
A great service from Ingrid and her team throughout. Very efficient and professional. I would recommend Ingrid to anyone I know looking to sell or purchase. I wouldn't use anyone else!

Great Service
I came to Atkins Dellow by word of mouth, and I'm so glad I did. They provided a very professional service. Adrian was incedibly knowledgeable and a very proficient "Legal" to English translator.

Purchasing Home
was disappointed as I knew the owner and the process seemed to have taken a long time when there was no chain either end, also was given a final statement, for then a week later to get another final statement in which there had been one line the value had been change, and another line had been added

Home Purchase
My experience of Atkins Dellow as a firm centres firmly and unequivocally on the service provided to me by Ingrid Alexander. Ingrid represented me when i was endeavouring to purchase a new home, a relationship that many people enter into, so nothing particularly unusual in that at first sight. However it transpired that there were serious implications for me in terms of this purchase, Ingrid detailing these in a clear, concise and indeed caring manner for me so that i could come to a considered opinion . There's no doubting Ingrid's skill set, it's self evident in everything she does and presents. But it's the caring attitude she has that i'll always be grateful for. That above all shines through, Ingrid cares about the people she represents. A case in point is on the day i'd agreed to finally complete on my purchase. Even though i'd given my formal agreement for this to take place, Ingrid rang me to confirm i did indeed wish to proceed. She knew how difficult the process had been, and her final wish on my behalf was to make sure i was indeed confident in the step i was about to take. How many other solicitors, i ask rhetorically would have telephoned me in such circumstances.

Efficiency, professionalism and great timing
My experience with Emily was great. She was very efficient and worked towards the timing we have requested. The only thing I would improve in the service provided would be to send some holding responses when there was not an answer to the customer questions but apart from that it was as smooth as a process of buying home could be. Thanks Emily!
