Sale and Purchase
We have moved a number of times in the past . Unfortunately due to delays at the start of our very short chain this one took rather longer. Ingrid though kept us really well informed all the way through As did Tricia when Ingrid was on holiday. Thanks again for everything and completing everything on our behalf.

sale of land - West Row
What should have been a straightforward transaction proved to be anything but. However the patience and attention to detail of Tricia and Nino finally paid off and we are now happily reaping the benefit of all their hard work. As each problem arose we were notified at once and kept informed of the resolution promptly. We very much appreciate all your kindness.

If it's stress you want, best look elsewhere.
I'm told that buying and/or selling a house is up there with life's more stressful experiences. If that's the case then I feel cheated because there was none. Ingrid handled everything with absolute professionalism, whilst remaining personable and friendly, always available to answer any questions and explaining without resorting to technical language. It was wonderful to be able to leave everything in her capable hands and just focus on other matters. A real gem and lovely person as were all the office staff.

New House by the sea.
Very professional and extremely helpful from start to finish. Even my estate agent said Callum was the best solicitors she's dealt with, always did exactly what he said he would do..They made buying in a different location easy for an elderly person. Zack and Callum were always there to help make it easier for me.Thankyou for making the whole experience a less stressful one ..Good luck for the future.

Full confidence in Ingrid Alexander
Ingrid Alexander was recommended to me by my estate agent, and I can see why. From beginning to end, Ingrid has been consistently professional, proactively communicative, very easily to get hold of, efficient and reassuring. She has seen me through an extraordinarily difficult time in my life, and it was a tremendous comfort to know that Ingrid had control and oversight of my house sale and purchase. When unexpected issues arose, Ingrid was able to troubleshoot and problem solve without delay or drama.
If I ever planned to move house again in my life, I would definitely return to Ingrid Alexander at Atkins Dellow. Furthermore, I would recommend her to any friends or family with conveyancing requirements, without reservation or hesitation. Thank you, Ingrid!
