Wills (excellent service from Edward Ling of Atkins Dellow
Excellent service from Edward Ling of Atkins Dellow. We had decided we needed to create new Wills with our old ones over 15 years old. Edward Ling took us step by step through the process, professional, very informative and able to communicate the complexities of the process (for a more complex Will) clearly so that we understood and were able to make informed decisions. We had left it late to do the process, having a desire to get the Wills sorted before a holiday. They could not have been more helpful, ending up with a personal visit to our home to allow us to sign the Wills as the most expedient and convenient for us, (not for Edward who went out of his way to accommodate us). Thank you for your excellent, professional and friendly service.

Property purchase
We were right to use a local solicitor for what turned out to be a protracted sale through no fault of either solicitor. Georgina Jones guided us through the process with great patience and efficiency and eased the pressure at every point. When they came, exchange and completion were made very straightforward. Thank you.

Assistance with Employment Settlement Agreement
I was offered a settlement by my employer and contacted Adrian to assist. I had had previous dealings with him when he volunteered his time to help clients at Citizens Advice. He was contactable easily and knowledgeable in the area required. His actions were prompt and thorough. Should the need arise I would use him again.

Fantastic service!
5 stars are not enough for this review, highly recommend Atkins Dellow! I recently sold my house and also brought a new house. The whole process was delt with Callum Morton, he was absolutely fantastic in dealing with everything! His professionalism, communication, knowledge and advice was first class and I couldn’t thank him and the whole team any more, they were brilliant! Also a mention to his colleague Tricia Sandry who kept me updated and informed on a couple of matters in the last week leading to exchange and completion, like Callum she was great in the process. Best of luck to them and everyone else in their careers.

Morningside to Appletreewick
Despite a protracted chain our house downsizing went well thanks to the concise and professional service by Ingrid. The documentation was clear and prompt for our transactions. The out of town office was a bonus to save parking in town.
