We both had three courses from the daily lunch menu. Blue cheese, walnut and chicory salad followed by wild boar sausages, mash and fine green beans with onion gravy and a mango desert with coconut sorbet and macaron. Lovely bottle of red chosen by Stephane. Always a favourite destination.

On way home from a awful couple of days in Aldeburgh bit grumpy stopped in Sudbury for a quick bite. First place we walked past was The Secret Garden what a absolute treat and completely changed our trip. Beautiful premises and fantastic fresh French Bistro food , even the green salad that came with our lunches was dressed so well I saw my Dad eat greens for the first time in years . Quality House Rose served correctly chilled and delivered with excellent service, a beautiful fig and plum gateaux to finish. Everything from Breads is made in house and seasonal the specials board looked so tasty .
We were only disappointed we’d dropped in passing and didn’t give the menu the time it deserved, lovely staff and even a bowl of water for Bear . Next weekend away may we’ll be Sudbury to sample more of this French Bistro.

Love it here - best service in the area by miles. The food is lovely.
The staff are polite, attentive and really friendly.

highly recommended, I visited with a shoulder injury which I had ignored for 3 months . within 2 sessions I could feel a massive benefit and with Bradies guidance and ongoing treatment I'm confident of a full recovery. A very professional service .

I’ve recently been to see Bradie about my dodgy knee which I have suffered with for years. He instantly pinpointed the problem and gave me very clear exercises which he went right through with me and wrote down so I could continue them at home. He’s a very approachable and lovely person and I would definitely recommend him to others

I honestly Cannot recommend physio motive enough!!!
Following a car accident 18 months ago, and receiving treatment from a previous physio, with no results I was put in touch with physio motive/Bradie.
after 14 sessions, Bradie has relieved and strengthened my back, and I felt human again!. he has then followed my treatment up further with a personally designed gym program to continue and strengthen myself.
Bradies knowledge, experience, friendly persona and magic hands are fantastic and I feel happy to know I can return if needed.
