I have just met Brady the physiotherapist at Physio Motive as I had damaged my right knee the day before after landing heavily on it. After an expert thorough examination of the knee in question he treated it with skilled gentle massage and gentle movement and stretching and then showed me exactly what I had done to my knee with use of a model knee showing all the ligaments, tendons and muscles. Then he showed me two gentle exercises to do every day and I will see him in two weeks time to check everything is okay.
I could not have been more impressed by Brady and would not hesitate to recommend him to anybody I know. I feel very lucky that he had a last minute cancellation today! 🙂

Physio Motive offer a very personable but professional level of service.
Both Bradie and Alex showed a great wealth of knowledge and experience in helping me with my recovery from a running injury located in a tendon in my ankle.
The fact they are also keen fitness people themselves reassured me further that the advice isn't just being lifted from a text book but through experiences lived by themselves.
I first had an ultrasound done on the injury, followed by shockwave treatment. Alongside simple at home exercises provided to help with the continued recovery and now being provided and demonstrated with a good S+C gym programme i have no doubt i will be injury free in no time.
