I injured my knee last summer while running and was in a lot of pain. After the first physio session with Bradie I was already in less pain and following regular sessions I have been able to build up the strength in my knee.
Clear targets and specific exercises have been a vital part in my recovery journey. I have now returned to running again and building up my distances week on week. While taking onboard Bradie's knowledge to best prevent another injury occurring.
I highly recommend Physio Motive if you are after a physio.

Went here for an evening meal, both our starters and main meals were very nice indeed. The staff were friendly and professional. The decor is very modern, it definitely does not have a traditional country pub feel however the atmosphere was still very pleasant. The only major negative is no lights in the car park so it is pitch black outside. We had to use the light of our phones to safely get back to the car. However, all in all we would happily return.
