Excellent service - Ingrid Alexander
If we could rate our experience 10 stars out of 5, we would. Starting our journey to purchase a house with friends and people we know, and who already went through the process of buying or selling a house, telling us that the worst part is when the solicitors take over, we dreaded the thought that we might spend months waiting for things to fall into shape. We cannot thank enough our solicitor, Ingrid Alexander, and her assistants, who made it all happen in the shortest time possible. After our first interaction with her, we realised our case was in good hands. Always prompt, we never had to wait on the phone, she provided us with every single detail we needed and explained clearly all aspects of the process. We were treated like valuable clients and we felt safe all the way through, and most importantly at the exchange/completion stage. Truly a flawless experience for us, you have all of our gratitude!

Changed to AD just recently after many years with another solicitor in town. Service excellent and prices reasonable - would recommend to others

Will writing through Will Aid
The process was very easy, after completing a form and a phone call to discuss the form details, the will was drawn up and a copy supplied for approval. A meeting was arranged and the wills were signed and witnessed. It was that easy.

Praise
I would like to start by saying how friendly and helpful Tricia, Callum and Sarah have been throughout the whole process. The team as a whole have not falling short of being professional as well undertaking due diligence at all times. They have each called me when needed and required by me as well as been on the ball in reference to the sellers' solicitors.
They made the sale of my property appear to be easy for them as there was not a hitch from Tricia and the team as well as the buyers' solicitors. I will recommend the company and team to my college's, friends and estate agents. 11 out of 10 service. Very impressive and great value for money!

Lucie, was thoroughly courteous and diligent from the outset. She maintained a good level of communication throughout the sales process and pushed things along as required. I am so glad I chose Atkins Dellow to represent me.
