Came here with my family on Sunday for a 3 course set Christmas meal and they got it spot on. The service was great, drink orders taken quickly and there was no long waits between courses and never waited with a dirty plate in-front of us, but it wasn’t rushed! The food really surprised us all, it was all delicious, there were no complaints at all and the portion sizes were great. Drinks were kept topped up and all the staff were friendly. I wish we lived nearer or this might of been our new local! would recommend :) thanks for making our family Christmas meal absolutely amazing 🤩

Four of us went for a light lunch after having visited the newly-renovated Gainsborough Gallery nearby. It's quality cooking throughout with a French twist, very professional (yes, all the staff knew exactly what and how to do it - something very unusual nowadays). Relaxed, casual atmosphere and the only criticism was that the garlic soup was not garlicky enough. Will def try it for the evening menu. A wonderful, relaxing lunch-time and good value too!

Fantastic lunch to celebrate an 80th Birthday. Great menu (see website) and good selection of beers and drinks. Bright spacious pub with a lovely atmosphere. Easy parking and tables outside for a warmer day. Staff were super friendly, very attentive and could not have done more. Will definitely return 👍🏻🙂
