Probate and Administration of Estate
Being an Executor can be a daunting experience but the professional, efficient service I received from Nicola (and Maia) were second to none. They always responded quickly to my seemingly never ending questions and dealt with all the really difficult parts so I could concentrate on the easier bits and they were reassuringly calm when I was not. They kept me informed about their costs throughout the process so there were no unpleasant surprises at the end, which matters when you are dealing with other people's money and handling other people's expectations. I am very grateful for all their invaluable have no hesitation in recommending them.

Excellent service
We were recommended to use Nino at Atkins Dellow in Bury St Edmunds, so glad we did from start to finish it was very stress free. Very good at keeping you in the loop about what was going on. Also had dealings with Elisabeth who was very efficient as well. Would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in future.

Superb control aand perseverance
We were looked after by Nino and Tilly, on a split commercial/domestic transaction to acquire a portion of development land for a new build home and a spearate commercial development. The team worked clearley through the details, and continued to drive to a successful conclusion when faced with a severely slow moving opposite legal team.

Amazing professionalism
Ottilia and Nino were not only professional they were friendly and supportive. My first time purchasing a business and a new world was opened to me and they were both there to talk me over any aspect even if I asked the questions on numerous occasions. Was a pleasure to have them along side and working so hard in the back ground to complete the deal in an efficient manner. Highly recommend

I have recently completed on a purchase of a part built new property. We initially had trouble finding a solicitor that was qualified or prepared to take on the work. However we were recommended to AD LLP and Nino Piccoli was happy to take on the work.
