Abbie has produced a great little e-book called "For the Love of Logos". It's a great introduction to the lay person about just how important logos are, what a serious process choosing/designing a logo is, and just how much work/thought goes into creating a good/successful logo! I especially liked the history references about how images and designs have been used in the past (crests, sigils, coats of arms, war banners). Abbie is a very charismatic and knowledgeable lady with a lot of education and experience in her field and a very personable individual along with it. If you're looking for someone to help you design/re-design your logo you should definitely give Abbie a call!
Penny's presentation on Customer Reviews was really engaging and informative. Penny really gives her all for her presentations...including dressing up as a Nun! The information she provided I will certainly take away and look at implementing in my own business. Penny was also gracious enough to answer some extra questions I had after she had finished her presentation.
