Penny gave a great presentation at a networking event today. It was extremely informative regarding how leaving a review is important to a business, which being in hospitality I could relate to, as we rely on word of mouth. Penny made it fun to listen to by dressing in character and by doing this it was funny whilst grabbing everyone's attention. A very good ambassador for Best of Sudbury
