The competition will be decided by public voting and a judging panel from Sudbury Town Council, including the Mayor. There will be prizes for the Best Dressed Festive Window, the Mayor’s Prize and thebestof Sudbury’s prize.
The Suffolk Free Press is supporting the competition again this year. The paper will follow the event, publish voting forms and announce the winning window.
Everyone who votes will be entered into a prize draw to win a Love Local Hamper worth more than £250. Many local businesses have contributed to the hamper, and it is a generous thank you to the public for taking part.
All entrants will be promoted on thebestof Sudbury and Sudbury Town Council’s websites and social media channels, as well as the Christmas Window Display 2025 Facebook page. Votes can be cast online through both websites.
Voting opens on Friday 28 November to coincide with the Christmas lights switch on. Paper votes must be handed in by 4pm on Thursday 18 December. Online voting closes at 12pm on Friday 19 December.
Winners will be announced later that day on Facebook Live and in the Suffolk Free Press.
