Great proactive service
I only had a relatively simple settlement case. However what did impress me, which you don’t tend to see much anymore, every time Ella and Adrian said they would do something; either call, respond or advise. They did it. I previously had a really bad experience with my former employer but Adrian and Ella definitely made the final hurdle very easy. Thanks Ella, Adrian and team, would genuinely use them again and I think you will feel the same. I know it’s a great review and I normally don’t remember to do reviews.
