Writing a Will via Atkins Dellow & funded by the Free Wills Network
Maia Creed with Sarah and team at Atkins Dellow made the whole process easy. Great location for the office in central Bury St Edmunds.
They made using the Free Wills Network process easy. I just needed to provide the yellow form from my participating charity of choice.
I’m struggling with health and they included permitted involvement of my independent ( from the will) friend who helped me in all of this.
It’s a relief to know it’s done and that the Will is kept by myself and Atkins Dellow.
Thank you.

Selling our studio flat.
As someone who had to take on selling our studio flat on my own, because my husband, Colin, is now in a care home, I was apprehensive about it all.
Atkins Dellow were with me all the way, keeping me informed and helping me navigate my way through the process with kindness and commitment.

Efficient, clear, and compassionate service
I recently used Alan from the Sudbury office of Atkins Dellow for my divorce and was thoroughly impressed with the service I received. Alan was incredibly efficient, professional, and clear in all his communications. He handled everything with sensitivity and made what could have been a very stressful experience much more manageable. I really appreciated his support and guidance throughout the process. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Alan and the team at Atkins Dellow to anyone in need of legal advice or representation for your divorce.

Atkins Dellow Will Review
Good initial meeting with Edwing Ling and subsequent emails including Edwards team. Everything explained and greatly appreciate their assistance in concluding our Wills. Now on to our LPA's.

Friendly,efficient and professional service.
We came to Atkins Dellow for advice on updating our wills after being let down by our existing solicitors. From making the initial appointment to signing our documents last week, the process was seamless. Maia explained how we could achieve the changes we wanted to make in an easily understood way (only resorting to Latin when strictly necessary!) and we were pleased and impressed by her depth of knowledge. Atkins Dellow will be the first choice for our future legal work.

Above and beyond.
This was a very tight conveyancing completed in 4.5 weeks with a whole lot of issues to deal with, which Tricia handled brilliantly. The chain was already established when we joined after a previous sale at the top of the chain had fallen down; that meant we had a fast race to exchange or mortgage offers down the chain would be forfeited. Tricia was just superb and we are very grateful.

Brilliant from start to finish
Ingrid was absolutely brilliant all the way through this process. She was easy to contact and did everything to reassure us when delays happened elsewhere in the chain; she even called when we’d expressed worries to reassure us in that very moment. She made the whole process run smoothly and made everything for us (first time buyers) as easy as possible. I will be recommending Ingrid to everyone!

House Purchase - Jody Williams
The service received from Atkins Dellow, and Jody in particular has been exceptional throughout our house purchase. The communication with Jody was excellent, our questions were answered quickly and gave us all the information we needed. It was evident that Jody was proactively working on our behalf to ensure the house purchase went through as smoothly as possible.
There were a number of stall points (created by the seller's solicitor) which Jody dealt with professionally and quickly to enable us to complete within our proposed timelines. The key highlight of Jody's expertise was her identification of a lack of Building Regulation sign off for a garage conversion at our property. Without her due diligence we would not have identified this issue which could have affected us in the future both in terms of cost and future sale.
Jody advised us on the appropriate course of action and ensured our purchase was not completed until the necessary Regulation sign off was in place.
I would not hesitate to recommend Atkins Dellow and Jody to anyone seeking advice on which Solicitor firm to choose for your house purchase. Fairly priced, excellent communication, swift issue resolution, expert advice and able to complete within preferred timelines.
Everything you want from a Solicitor when purchasing a property.
