I am not remotely sporty and so was terrified the first time I came to a class at Personal Best. I needn't have been - Simon makes the class light-hearted and fun, even though we always work hard. I've enjoyed seeing myself gain in strength, stamina and physical confidence over the past two years and look forward to the sessions.

PB has become an important part of my life : starting fitness training in middle age could have been an intimidating experience - but not at PB. Tailor made training sessions and the accompanying witter banter has become an intrinsic part of my routine. There is also no where better to get a first rate sports massage. I cannot recommend PB more highly.

Personal best and its staff especially the goddess Kristine has been my lifeline for 8 years now... From the very beginning being in horrendous pain... To being diagnosed quickly and being 'fixed' I cannot compliment this place more. I feel like I am going to see a friend when I go now and am treated like royalty! They really deserve some special recognition for what they do!!

Personal Best offers the personal touch which is a must in this sort of service. We used Personal Best for a group class as a team building exercise at our business & it was so much fun but most importantly, a great workout. There's so much the clinic & studio has to offer allowing clients to benefit from personal training AND therapy to deal with aliments that may hinder your current ability to keep fit. All under one roof. 14 years of experience and it shows.

I visited the show room in Burford for some inspiration and was spoilt for choice. The team were incredibly friendly and hospitable and then I discovered that not only did they offer a stunning collection of Flooring but a wide range of paints & wallpaper. Everything looked clean, fresh and highly professional. I'm in the process of restoring our home, so will know exactly where to go for these products.. then will write another review!

Having known Egypt Mills since my childhood, it is such a joy to come back and see how it has changed so much. What a STUNNING VENUE with not only history and nostalgia but with an added twist of a contemporary feel within the bar, restaurant, event facilities and all 32 bedrooms. I can not recommend Egypt Mills more highly. Family friendly and staff that always welcome you with a smile & excellent service.
