I wanted to recommend Natalie (Personal Trainor) at Personal Best. I have never tried a gym before, but her warm, professional and knowledgeable approach put me instantly at ease. She created a brilliant bespoke programme of exercises that took into account all my specific needs and goals. If you've never been to a gym before and don't know where to start, get in touch with Natalie.
