I cannot thank Tina enough for the advice and guidance she has given me on improving my twins' sleeping habits. Our initial consultation took place prior to their arrival & covered a variety of aspects that would get us on the right track from the start. Every question I asked Tina was answered fully and clearly & her responses weren't obvious ideas I could have found on the Internet (I consider myself to be reasonably well-informed of the various methods of sleep training having a 3 year old who wasn't a great sleeper as a baby). I have recently had a follow up visit with Tina and was once again incredibly impressed with the outcome. She has a very confident and caring approach that clearly comes from a wealth of experience. Tina is also neither preachy or judgemental and is primarily concerned with helping babies and families have more sleep and subsequently happier and less stressful lives! I am absolutely sure that there is no issue Tina can't resolve. And not even only sleep-related problems - this lady knows everything there is to know about babies! Having Tina demonstrate certain techniques was a revelation & has had immediate effects in our house. I can wholeheartedly recommend Tina & am so grateful to have found her.

Had the outside of my house painted and these guys are the tops! Polite and courteous and did all I asked of them. Had compliments and enquiries from neighbours They were recommended to me by my daughter where they have decorated inside and we are going to try and get them back as soon as!

We went to them for help as wanted an extension to our house and didn't know where to start, they were amazing and talked us through all the different stages and gave us advice on our project which we followed. I am writing to tell you I have used Binney and Sims for Concept Layout Plans in 2015. I found them to be very professional, as well as creative and innovative, suggesting improvements in cost and layout. The drawings are to a very high standard and to an excellent degree of accuracy. “We used SMB to construct an upper-storey extension to our semi-detached house following a glowing personal recommendation from another friend on our road who had used SMB for ground works. They project-managed the whole scheme from groundworks to windows and completed the majority of the work apart from a few snagging issues in a short time period. We were consulted quickly over issues that arose during the construction and we are very happy with the final result. Overall, the site was kept reasonably clean and tidy with concern for the neighbours. In a parochial and conservative village where complaints relating to building work are frequent, the fact that the builders were commended by a number of neighbours for the minimal disruption to traffic and access during the construction has to be a huge recommendation. They were also significantly cheaper than expected from architects’ estimates. Overall, excellent. We are continuing to use SMB for additional work and would not hesitate to recommend them to other potential clients.

Finding Tina was like a blessing! I had been struggling with a very unsettled 10 week old baby. After having to push my Doctors visit after visit to get my son on a prescription formula due to signs of CMPA it was a battle... After being told it was just reflux. Tina took the time to speak to me and discuss the issues after doing her recent training specialising in the field and gave me hope that there was light at the end of the tunnel and I was on the right track with my son and that I wasn't being an over-protective first time mother. Kim and his colleges are courteous, and he was very helpful in advising and explaining what was required to redecorate the rendering on the front of our house.. Kim arrived promptly as promised and worked hard to achieve the perfect finish - Filling cracks, and with 2 coats of paint. He even covered the plants in our front boarder to protect them. I just wanted to say a huge thank you for the way you and your team looked after us for my wife's 60th birthday party. I cannot fault the service we received. The venue was ideal for our requirements - a ceilidh - and there was plenty of space in the Gregory suite. Everything we asked for was dealt with immediately. The food and the hog roast were excellent and I have received a lot of favourable comments from people who attended - there was certainly plenty to go round. Being somewhat new to this business of DIY, I was really grateful for the time and effort put in by their staff, not only to show me the features of each model but also to ensure that I chose one that most suited my needs - interestingly not the most expensive! I must say that their customer service is first class and their prices the cheapest I have found. Highly recommended, I will be shopping there again!!
