Golden location secured for successful local business

St Neots business, Goldstraw Goldsmiths, is delighted to announce its commitment to the people of St Neots and surrounding areas having purchased a property on the High Street. The family-run business is set to expand from a rented unit in Cross Keys Mews into the high street premises later in 2015.

Paul Goldstraw  Proprietor of Goldstraw Goldsmiths explains, “I have been fortunate enough to run a successful business in St Neots for over three decades. It’s not often that a premium high street premises comes on the market so when the opportunity arose, it was one I could not ignore".

"We officially became the owners of 14 High Street over the Christmas period and have plans to have the premises completely refurbished and the business fully up and running by autumnof 2015. In the meantime we will remain at Cross Keys Mews.

14 High Street was most recently a photographic services shop but will see a huge transformation as the father-daughter team of Paul and Connie Goldstraw make plans for a boutique, luxurious jewellery shop that will continue to offer the friendly, expert service, on-site repairs and commissioned pieces that the business has built its success on over the past 33 years.

Connie Goldstraw, manager, 29, added, “This exciting move marks the next chapter for Goldstraw Goldsmiths and we have great plans for the look and feel of the new shop. With a more prominent position in the town centre we’re excited about the prospect of opening our doors to many more people as well asbringing more new stock and services to our valued customers.
