Steve and team came to our house to install a Buddy stove a few weeks ago. What he thought would be a somewhat simple job turned into one of the most challenging chimneys he’s ever worked on apparently! Oops. Some might have just opted out and cancelled the customer’s order but Steve and co wouldn’t quit. Finally after being literally covered in ash/soot, they managed to get the liner through the blocked chimney and finished the install. He made sure my wife and I were comfortable with the operations of the stove and cleaned up after they were done. Good example of great customer service.

Steve and Ruth, so expert in their field of work. Ruth was so friendly, helpful and gave a lot of suggestions, that I hadn’t thought of. There was definitely no hard sell, just good advice. From start to installation, everything was trouble free. Quick mention for Sam, electrician, who installed new fire, his attention to detail was excellent. I bought an electric fireplace, and nearly after a year i started having an issue with it. The team here provided excellent post-sales support. They directly contacted the manufacturer to get an engineer sent out to my house. Throughout the process they were also checking in to make sure everything went smoothly.
I always admire companies when something goes wrong (this is life, things happen), that they take ownership of the issue and ensure the issue gets resolved.
Not only do they offer great prices for fireplaces as well as services to install them. But it's really reassuring to know should something go wrong, that they will go above and beyond to help fix it for you.
I will be using this service again! :)

We purchased a fire from St Neots Fireplace centre in September 20, after really helpful advice from Ruth and Steve, the owners. The installation in Huntingdon was totally well organised and we are highly delighted with both the look of the new fireplace and the Trent high efficiency gas fire. Brilliant!
We then had a problem with the fire on New Year's Eve. We then wondered what the after-service would be like. An email to Steve was replied to that same evening and even on New Year's Day Steve and an gas engineer came out to sort out the problem. What amazingly good service - it's clear that Steve takes tremendous personal pride in his fires and the service he gives to customers. What more can you ask for these days - highly recommended!
