Started off by shopping for a fire and surround with an internet company but having had numerous problems over delivery dates and goods severely damaged when they were finally delivered, we turned to St Neots Fireplace Centre. Here we were treated as valued customers, (how different to the internet company who took 14 days to respond to an email and whose customer service department could not be contacted by phone), we received an extremely speedy and efficient service, with our chosen fire being installed just 3 weeks from our first visit to the Centre! The installation took place quickly with no mess or fuss. The end result is that we are absolutely delighted and have no hesitation in recommending this company to everyone!

A fantastic service. Lots of choice and really good advice. Great value for money. Apart from a new fireplace which transformed our living room, you would never know they had been. No mess, no fuss. Brilliant.

Simply visited for details and got a very knowledgable young lady who was incredibly helpful, even with queries not related to stuff they sold! Went to a lot of bother with contact numbers to help us. Very good, and would not hesitate to use them when we do get round to changing our fire.
