Having dealt with Hayley, Ross and Jack at various points throughout our house buying process, each one of them was super helpful and friendly. The team at Pirie were great with their communication and knowledge. We purchased a house through Pirie homes recently and couldnât be happier with their service. All employees are nothing but helpful and friendly. We had 3 viewings of a property and never felt rushed when there. Jack was honest and open about the sellerâs situation and supported us to purchase the house for the price we hoped for. Haley (think Iâve got her name right) always answered the phone with such a cheery manner. We had a few bumps in the road when exchanging and completing and Ross was brilliant at helping us push things forward, despite not selling our previous property through their company.

His initial visit, with further visits from Hayley, were very professional and friendly, and gave me confidence that I had made the right decision. Our completion day didn't go to plan at all and the team worked late into their Friday night going above and beyond to make sure we were kept updated and that we could eventually get into our new home. They even checked up on us after this and have been a great support.
