We are so glad we chose Jack and Ross at Pirie Homes to sell our house. Selling and buying is never easy but they both worked calmly yet tirelessly to get the best outcome for us, even advising us on how to offer on the house we wanted to buy. Their persistence to get our house completed before the end of the stamp duty holiday was also invaluable and has helped us to do all the renovations we wanted on our new house. We dealt with Jack regarding a purchase, and we had a few problems with our buyer's solicitor (so nothing to do with Jack) ... its largely as a result of his efforts that we managed to complete the transaction. Throughout the entire process he was professional and remained in contact, so we were never left wondering what was happening. We will keep his contact details and recommend him without any hesitation.

Ross and Jack have been out this world during our long process selling our house. I spoke to Ross nearly daily for 8 months whilst our transaction progress. Jack sold our house within a day of it being on the market and even worked out of hours on a Sunday to show the buyer round as he 'had a feeling' he was the one. The lads have helped in chasing solicitors, management companies, other estate agents and we couldnt have asked for more. We recommend them to everyone we know and will 100% sell through them again in the future. Thanks Ross and Jack!

Jack and Ross have been amazing from start to finish. They sold my house very fast and kept regular contact with me throughout the whole process. We had some problems with our purchase estate agents whose service to me was shocking but Ross dealt with them on my behalf to try to make it less stressful for me. They went above and beyond and delivered a personal, professional and friendly service and I would highly recommend them to everyone. Thank you guys!

Jack & Ross have been excellent from start to finish. From showing us the house we were buying & being able to answer all questions to weekly updates regarding the progress of the sale of the house they went above & beyond. They dealt with the sellers & the solicitors, constantly chasing to ensure everything was as smooth & as stress free as possible for us. Would highly recommend Pirie Homes! Jack and Ross sold our house on the very first viewing before it hit the market with an agreed sale price which was above expectations. They are both very professional and incredibly helpful - providing information to us on both sale and purchase of a property - even though the purchase was not through Pirie Homes they were more helpful than the actual estate agent! We would definitely use them again.

Absolutely brilliant, couldn't recommend highly enough! So helpful, so quick at responding, super friendly. Quite frankly felt like they did half the work for my solicitor.. I've got a lovely new home that I don't plan on moving from any time soon but when I do I really hope these guys are about, won't even look at any other options if they are! 10/10, use these guys.

Ross Life was in credible in chasing the 3 solicitors to get the contracts exchanged but he had also kept us fully informed throughout the sale which is more than could be said about my estate agent because Ross was working for the seller. Great Job

My Mums house went up for sale 3.11.20, first viewing offer was made, we could not have been more pleased. Jack and Ross have been really helpful through out this sale and have acted very professional, any question we had they answered very quickly. We have been and continue to pass they name onto people to use. This sale was their first viewing as Pirie Homes - very proud. We have just bought our first house and have done so with Pirie Homes. Jack and Ross have been so great the whole way through, holding our hand through the process and ensuring we knew what was going on throughout. They were always very upfront about realistic timeframes and were quick to pick up the phone and talk to us re updates really keeping us in the loop which was appreciated. The guys are also very approachable and were always happy to help with our questions and queries. Cannot fault the service and would highly recommend the company.
