I have found Hayley and Ross from Pirie Homes extremely friendly & helpful from my first point of contact with both. Hayley did both the viewings and answered all mine, and my Sister's, questions regarding the property. In addition both Hayley & Ross obtained answers to questions I had following survey, etc., in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Pirie Homes.

My partner and I had been looking for a home for the best part of the year. We had become disheartened with a property falling through and the general lack of communication from other estate agents. It was clear that Pirie Homes went above and beyond right from the start through arranging viewings and the whole process seemed seamless due to the hard work they put in and continual liaison between all parties involved in the sale. Every question we had was answered straight away and we could not recommend them enough. They are by far the best estate agents we have dealt with and I have no doubt they were instrumental in the sale going through as smoothly as it did. Thank you!

Following a 9 month wait on a property purchase with Thomas Morris that fell through, we were all but ready to give up on finding our new home, and If I am honest to end conversations with all estate agents.
Then as if it was meant to be we saw a property advertised by Pirie Homes. Both Jack and Ross were an absolute pleasure to deal with and we were both blown away by the experience. Both Jack and Ross's communication throughout was fantastic, and they both worked phenomenally hard to push the sale through as quick as possible, supporting both us as buyers, and the sellers.
Whilst we are now settled in our new home, and not looking to move anytime soon, If we were we would be using Pirie Homes without a doubt.
Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Ross and Jack were extremely professional, helpful and proactive in our house purchase. As FTBs we had questions and nerves that more experienced buyers do not, and Pirie Homes were accommodating and friendly every step of the way. We always felt like they were supportive of us and genuinely wanted to help.
Ross was instrumental in chasing the final outstanding points and kept in constant contact with all solicitors in the chain to ensure everyone was informed about its status.

The 'boys' offer a totally professional service with a personal touch, which makes what is otherwise a potentially stressful process into a more relaxing experience.
