We recently sold our home through Pirie and the whole experience was handled very professionally by the Team at Pirie.
We would recommend using Pirie if requiring an agency. We found that the process to sell, from listing the property through to the completion of contacts was handled by a trustworthy and professional team in house. Being an in house team made things easy for us as there is only one port of call for any queries and all the team are aware of what is happening.
We feel we have found out forever home, but if our circumstances changed we would be sure to use Pirie again. |

The team at Pirie Homes went above and beyond throughout the entire process. They delivered exactly what they promised—and more. I ended up getting a significantly higher price for my property than what other agents had even valued it at. Their aftercare was also excellent, with regular updates and great communication every step of the way. Highly recommended!

Anyone looking to sell in St Neots or surrounding areas, must use Pirie homes. We just want to start by saying “Thank You” everyone one of you at Pirie Homes went above and beyond throughout the process of the sale of our house, we had a very low point before Christmas where the bottom of the chain pulled out but Pirie Homes assured us it will be ok and they will do their upmost to sell that property which they did within a couple of weeks so we were all moving forward again, their care and empathy every time we rung just shined through, they would answer all our questions and more.
We would highly recommend anyone to use them either to sell or buy a property they have the personal touch that you would not get anywhere else, they have been fab!

Jack & Pirie homes have been brilliant - me and my partner have been trying to understand the ‘home market’ in our area for some time with lots of noise and not much certainty. We then met Jack and the team and they have changed that! The Pirie team were amazing start to finish, when we unfortunately lost our first buyers, through no ones fault, they were extremely proactive in helping us, we very quickly had lots of positive viewings and we're able to continue with our original purchase with new buyers.
The end of our sale got very stressful, what moved comes without a little stress. However, the team were always on hand to help keeping us up to date and supporting us. Making recommendations and advising us every step of the way!
They also have a great relationship with their recommendations for conveyancing which massively helped.
