When it comes to anything technical, I am a complete dinosaur. I was dispensing with my desktop to a laptop & needed assistance. Shaun was able to help me transfer all my files & photos & set everything up with applications, new passwords etc. When I had teething problems with the connection with the printer, he came round and sorted it really quickly.
