Shaun came to my rescue to resolve a minor problem (probably best described as an operator error!) and to restore my Internet access. In the last semester of my degree my laptop decided to start dragging its heels and was on a complete go slow. Running out of patience fast, I contacted Shaun and asked if he could look at it to see what the problem was!! And that he did, I dropped my laptop off to him in the morning and it was sorted by lunchtime, and now I can complete my assignments without the battle of waiting 10minutes for a web page to load, or Microsoft word to respond to my command!! I contacted Shaun through the best of st Neots to do a memory upgrade on my laptop, he was very efficient was able to get the parts and do the work with 2 days, he was a very helpful young man and would have no hesitation in recommending him to others. His charging rates are extremely reasonable.

Sean came to look at my computer as it was sooooo slow, I was waiting ages just to log on. He told me what was needed, ordered the part, fitted it and I am thrilled with the result, from a 10-15 minute wait, I can now log on in less than a minute.
