I enlisted Shaun's help, having had him recommended to me. I needed a new computer and accessories such as printer/scanner and I also needed Microsoft Office to be installed on it. Shaun came out to see me and spent time with me understanding exactly what it was I wanted. He then custom built my computer and selected all the items I needed to go with it. This was an enormous weight off my shoulders as I have a lot to learn about the world of computers!
Shaun then came to my home with my computer and set everything up for me, explaining how things worked as we went along. He also suggested I have my screens mounted on brackets, which works very well and is space saving. I have booked to see him in October and made a list of all the things I need him to teach me so I can work and study online. Shaun is very knowledgeable, professional and efficient, but just as important, he is friendly, easy to talk to, and never makes me feel silly, even though I know so little about computers. Nothing is too much trouble and I feel very reassured knowing he is there to help me. I have taken up the service that he offers of keeping my computer free of viruses and updated, and this gives me so much peace of mind.

I engaged Shaun to design a website for my new business venture and I am delighted with the outcome. What I liked about Shaun was that he took the time to understand my business plan, offered ideas but didn't over proscribe and bounced ideas back and forth until we ended up with the right appearance and content. I felt in control but with Shaun steering things. He was always available for a face to face meeting if I needed it and I was very impressed at our first meeting with how he quickly formulated my ideas into a business logo - he has, no doubt through experience and talent, gained a deft touch for knowing what's needed. Equally he was very open to feedback if I didn't like something or wanted to tweak things. Along the way there were a lot of tweaks to make (probably out me being quite fussy at times!) and we went through several iterations before arriving at the end result. Throughout Shaun was highly competent in his command of the web design tools and the technical side whilst being very personable and establishing great rapport. He was a pleasure to work with.
