Excellent service, nothing was too much trouble. Katie was prompt in visiting our home and quickly grasped the concept of what we were looking for in an extension to our home to accommodate an ageing parent. The design was prepared with due consideration to the existing Georgian style house and the extension plan submitted to the local Planners for their consideration. At short notice, the requirement called for an additional tree study and this was handle by Katie to meet a tight deadline imposed by the Planners. The plans were successful and we were most impressed with all our dealings with Binney and Sims Ltd and the excellent feed back that we received during the whole planning process. Well done.

We have used Katie and her team quite a few times now to draw up plans for our customers extensions and they have always provided an excellent service and have always had fantastic input. Excellent service from Katie and the team at Binney and Sims. Katie came out to me to discuss a rear extension, where we wanted a large open plan kitchen space but had to include a cloakroom, of which we could only see one option which didn't make the most of the space. Katie came up with an ingenious and inventive layout meaning we also gained a utility room, while still having a seven metre long kitchen diner with full width bifolds! She was excellent throughout the process and kept us updated throughout the planning application. Now planning is approved, we can't wait to see her vision come to life! Highly recommend.

Katie was brilliant, took her time to listen what we wanted to achieve with our extension and came up with some great suggestions. Nothing was too much trouble. We went to them for help as wanted an extension to our house and didn't know where to start, they were amazing and talked us through all the different stages and gave us advice on our project which we followed. This allowed us to get the planning permission we needed. The quotes that we have received were very competitive and detailed everything that would need doing. Binney and Sims provided a service that was second to none. Katie helped me through every aspect of my home extension through design, planning, sourcing contractors, scheduling all the way through to completion. We as a company have used Binney and Sims Conservatories for both my company requirements and an extension to my home.
We have found the company most helpful with the design stage as we only had ideas that were talked about Katie went away and produced workable options which were tweaked and combined giving us exactly what we required.
When one of my clients was looking for planning for his conservatory and was getting nowhere Katie again stepped in and sorted the planners out within a few days verbal planning was given. Written consent did take a little longer but that was down to the planning committee.
The service given so far has been very acceptable and I would not hesitate to give Binney and Sims further projects to work on in the future.
