From the moment we first me Katie we knew we were going to be able to achieve out dreams. A few iterations later and we've got a fantastic set of plans with permission granted to refresh our dated extensions and create a fresh modern living space. Hopefully this summer the building will commence!

We would absolutely recommend Binney and Sims. I contacted them approximately a year ago as we were thinking about redesigning the layout of the top floor of our house. Katie came to see us and gave us some great ideas but also advised us that we didn't need planning permission for the work we wanted to do. She also recommend a fantastic builders who carried out the work to a fantastic standard. I'm so glad that I called Binney & Sims, we would definitely recommend them

The professionalism of Katie and her staff was second to none, I would highly recommend this firm to anyone looking for drawings of a high standard. The interior space in our home wasn't really working for us and we wanted to make some improvements but weren't sure where to start. Katie gave us some great ideas and really took the time to understand what we wanted. We came across some issues in planning and the council were a nightmare but the team in the office worked so hard to get us what we wanted and always kept us up to date. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We’ve used Binney and Sims ltd after our planning application was rejected using another architect. We were impressed by Katie’s problem solving skills, her eye to detail and her professionalism. She overcame the issues we had with the neighbours and we are very pleased that our 2 storey extension plans have been approved. Katie of Binney and Sims attended my house to discuss an extension over our garage. I was greatly impressed by her detailed questioning our our requirements and presented me with various options. She designed our project from the perspective of how we could make best use of space and aesthetics. Although we never proceeded with our project for unrelated reasons, I would thoroughly recommend her to others.
