They're always attentive, polite and helpful. Sure, you could hunt around and maybe save a few pounds but it's good to receive a proper service. Plus, it's great to actually speak to someone in an office and not just an anonymous voice in a call centre far, far away.

I went to A-Plan as I already had 2 other policies running with the Isle of Wight office. Katie who dealt with my new policy was very polite and helpful with all matters and the policy was up and running with 30 minutes of me walking through the door. Will be going back when up for renewal.
