Great efficient service. Staff explained terms of the policy and made sure all my requirements were met. Various types of services were offered which I found of great value. I always feel I have a great service with good value for money with A Plan Insurance and will always continue to have my insurance through them.

I have a few vehicles, have always found A-Plan to be competitive in a aggressive market place, they always review my needs every year, and move me when there is a more competitive price elsewhere, I have made inquiries elsewhere from time to time, but so far A-Plan always have the best price, and I have always been able to get through if I have needed to discuss a policy, quite an achievement in the days of COVID-19
