It is so nice to be able to deal with someone direct on the telephone. This is part of my reason for choosing Howdens. I have been fed up with dealing with Insurance Companies who seem to have moved away from personal contact. Even when I phoned up my former Insurer to say I would not be renewing with them I spent 20 minutes dealing with a Chatbox before I was finally put through to someone.
Howden and the approach of their staff is like a breath of fresh air. They listened and came up in the end with a product I needed at a price I could afford.
