First time ever getting car insurance so I didn't know much about how it all worked, but Carlos from A Plan in Epsom was excellent! Explained everything in detail and how it would affect my quote and made sure I understood it all. To top it all off, I was given a much better priced quote than I expected and so with the great customer service, A Plan has been great for me :)

I would have given 5 stars but for the awkwardness of receiving documents and dealing with a third party finance company to set up direct debits. that said A Plan whee very competitive and helpful we decided to deal with them to gat some personal contact and they now have our 2 cars covered I will be going to them for home insurance prices as well. Shame they don’t do pet insurance
