It is important to me (being very old!) to be able to discuss my insurance with someone knowledgeable, who understands all the small print. Jack Rushby was patient and well able to answer all my questions. My only disappointment is that I am not insured to drive my son's car in an emergency. If it were not for Jack, I could have missed that, particularly as the certificate seems to say that I can drive other people's cars with third party cover, with their permission. I do think that is a bit misleading and could cause bother.
