What a fantastic experience.
Quick, simple and friendly. Honestly the level of customer service I had received was incredible. Tom Larkins was very helpful and sincere and really caring when you asked each and every little detail about the vehicle and different options. Everytime I was unsure about something, he would really consider and exhaust all possibilities to help you out. I did have another call with Adrian Flux and the woman I spoke to did not care at all, and she will probably quit her job soon which is unfortunate for her and a sad reality when people hate their jobs that much. She was grey and answered questions with singular words and just didn't care at all about herself, lacked experience and just gave an awful insight into what they offer.
Back to CVIS, Tom showed so much support and took his time to understand my situation and also showed so much enthusiasm.
I highly recommend CVIS as I know they are doing their job from the bottom of their hearts and will help you get the best coverage possible for any vehicle.
