So nice to talk to people who genuinely have the time to talk to you and not push a sale onto you. Never was I felt rushed to make decisions and also felt Keely went out of her way to find me the right insurance at the price that I was happy with. Car and van insurance renewal is a nightmare and turning into a racket in my opinion where you are as good as being forced to pay megabucks just to drive around. More annoyingly it feels we are being punished for the idiots out there who steal cars, drive without insurance and reckless drivers! But now I have spoken to Keely at Howdens I will definitely be getting back in touch when my other vehicle is due and to renew my van next year. Thank you Keely (Houslin)

I approached the Guildford office for a quote for household buildings insurance. They took details, and later called me back to say that they had referred the matter to their Staines office in view of the nature of the property, giving me the phone number of that office. The quote took somewhat longer than they had originally suggested, so I rang the Staines office, who referred me back to Guildford. However, Guildford denied that it had been referred back, and shortly got Staines to call me with a quote which I accepted. Otherwise the service was excellent.
