The paperwork was emailed within minutes and my car insurance commenced on my chosen date.

Predictably tried to hike the cost of my policy after 1 year of non-claiming membership. I queried this and the premium was reduced (but to a still somewhat raised level). Loyalty to non-claiming customers would involve keeping the price the same in my view.
