Jessica was the person that dealt with me, she was efficient and empathetic. I had to explain my husband had recently died. She efficiently sourced new car insurance for me. I had never had no claims of my own, as I had been the second driver, but she managed to allow me to take over his no claims. Having received my increased renewal quotation, from my current provider, I was somewhat shocked and dismayed.
The cost had Increased by almost 30%, for no fault of mine.
I went on the internet and the companies that could beat the quote, were unknown and perhaps concerning.
Knowing that Howden was in town, I went in and went through all of my details.
I obtained a price that was better; if not by the whole 30%, but enough to make me sign up.
Plus I was keeping the payment in the town, hopefully keeping Howden in the town, and available for the future.
