I cannot thank Dan Wakeman at Howden enough for everything he has done throughout my claim. From the very beginning he has been professional, knowledgeable, patient and incredibly supportive. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he always kept me informed, answered my questions promptly and made what could have been a very stressful experience much easier to deal with.
Outstanding customer service is becoming increasingly rare these days, but Dan has been absolutely exceptional. He genuinely cares about his clients and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is handled properly. His communication has been first class from start to finish, and I always felt that my claim was in safe hands.
Thanks to Dan’s hard work, my claim has now been resolved and my excess is being reimbursed. I couldn’t have asked for better service. Dan is a real credit to Howden, and if every company had people like him, customer service in this country would be on another level.

Kelly was incredibly helpful and, with the ability to explain policy details clearly, answer questions and seek clarification where needed, provided me with a highly competitive home & contents insurance policy.
I’d tried all the online comparison sites but this service was, by far, the best I’d experienced.
