Very helpful staff at Birmingham office. Nice to be able to speak to someone and able to ask questions instead of just talking to someone in call centre that sounds as if they are reading from a card and can't really answer questions.
Phoned a number of the big companies for a quote and spend more time holding on phone listening to message ' your call is important to us you will be connected to next available agent' if my call is that important to them, why do they keep me holding on the phone for well 30 minutes. Howdens answer the phone quickly and are very helpful with reasonable quote.

We dealt with George, the branch manager of the York branch. We bought a new 2nd car, and also had to change some details on our existing first car. George dealt with all of this with ease, with all of the paperwork emailed to us promptly. We have used Howdens for years (from when they were A Plan) and would highly recommend.
